Typically, a deposit of 1/3 to 1/2 of the total project cost is due upfront to secure your start date and cover initial materials, with the remaining balance due upon completion. You will receive an itemized invoice for all work, including a clear breakdown of labor and materials.
We accept several payment methods for your convenience, including cash, check, or electronic bank transfers (e.g., Zelle).

Not necessarily - most clients prefer to go about their normal day while we work hard to complete your project. Ensuring your home remains secure and that you are as comfortable as possible while we work is our priority.
If a project requires access to outlets, water connections, or other access points that we need your involvement and approval to use, we may ask for you to be home in order to facilitate these tasks.
In short, we will communicate with you regarding the specific details of your project and the proposed phases on when you may need vs. not need to be home while we work.
